Here are examples of the use of the genome editing tool "Genome Craft." We mixed Cas9 protein with sgRNA or crRNA + tracrRNA and substrate DNA fragments, and conducted a DNA cleavage experiment. After incubating at 37°C for one hour, we performed agarose gel electrophoresis. The shift of the bands confirmed that both sgRNA and crRNA + tracrRNA exhibited good DNA cleavage activity.
